Ken Rosen received his BA in Film Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Following graduation, he traveled and worked for five years throughout Asia, Central and South America. Upon his return, he worked for ten years in the entertainment business until a desire to give back to his community led him to Crossroads School where he was introduced to the way of Council. Ken earned his Master in School Counseling from Loyola Marymount University while deepening his Council practice at the Ojai Foundation. In Sept 2016, Snap, Inc. CEO Evan Spiegel created an internal Council program. Ken began facilitating groups and helping to build the Council program. In June of 2018, Ken was promoted and transferred to the London office to build out and manage the Council programs for the International offices in EMEA, Ukraine and China. Having organized and facilitated over one thousand Councils within the Snap community, leading numerous overnights, full day team retreats, activities and events— while partnering with leadership to find solutions to diversity and inclusivity challenge, Ken brings this passion for creating connection to Council at Work. Ken works with companies, organizations and schools who are looking to use Council to connect in deep and meaningful ways. Ken is married and has two teenage daughters.
